| Course Cancellation:
Occasionally, a scheduled class is cancelled or moved to a different time owing to lack of enrollment, instructor conflict or some other unforseeable
challenge. In the event that AYA makes course changes that make it impossible or undesirable for the registered student to attend, we will provide either a refund or "payment" credit for the course or future courses offered by AYA Educational Institute. Credit and/or refund will be completed
within 30 days of the project class start time.
Course Withdrawal Prior to Course Beginning.
If a student withdraws from the course prior to published refund "cut off date" (usually 30 days before the course begins), AYA will refund tuition and registration fees minus a nominal administration fee unless
otherwise published. Optionally, an AYA course credit may be substituted for refund depending on the nature of the course, the nature of the student cancellation, and the expenses incurred arranging for the registered student. |

Typographical Errors. In the event a product is listed at an incorrect price or with incorrect information due to typographical error or error in pricing or product information received from our suppliers, AYA shall have the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for product listed at the incorrect price. AYA shall have the right to refuse or cancel any such orders whether or not the order has been confirmed and your credit card charged. If your credit card has already been charged for the purchase and your order is canceled, AYA shall immediately issue a credit to your credit card account in the amount of the charge.
